As a Cal Poly graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Rod ventured to the Bay Area starting a career as a Stockbroker. After 5 years Rod joined one of the nations largest owner/operator of regional malls in the U.S. There, he managed/leased three of the more than 100 regional malls in their portfolio. He has also gained valuable experience and training through the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) to which he has been a member of since 1999.

She supports Rods individual brokerage activity with a focus towards transaction management and property management.
Our Bookkeeper oversees our company's financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations. She coordinates daily accounting tasks such as monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, and records payments and adjustments.
