Rod has over 20 years of experience in large commercial leasing and acquisitions. From non-profits to corporate office spaces, his goal is to help businesses find the space they need! As a Cal Poly graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Rod ventured to the Bay Area starting a career as a Stockbroker. After 5 years Rod joined one of the nations largest owner/operator of regional malls in the U.S. There, he managed/leased three of the more than 100 regional malls in their portfolio. He has also gained valuable experience and training through the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) to which he has been a member of since 1999.
Agent and General Manager
As a managing consultant, Melina oversees Marketing, Personnel and General Office Management. With 20 years combined experience in industries of marketing, human resources and real estate, Melina will assure excellent professional service.
As Marketing Assistant, Isaiah is responsible for maintaining company website updates, creating social media posts, photography and print media design. Isaiah is eager to keep abreast of industry innovations and new software.
Elyssa assists Rod with all general office responsibilities along with coordinating our company's lease contracts and servicing accounts as needed.
Oversees our company's financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations. In addition, coordinates daily accounting tasks such as monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, and records payments and adjustments.
