Rod has over 25 years of experience in large commercial leasing and acquisitions. From non-profits to corporate office spaces, his goal is to help businesses find the space they need! As a Cal Poly graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Rod ventured to the Bay Area starting a career as a Stockbroker. After 5 years Rod joined one of the nations largest owner/operator of regional malls in the U.S. There, he managed/leased three of the more than 100 regional malls in their portfolio. He has also gained valuable experience and training through the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) to which he has been a member of since 1999.
